1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Deanna (the "Service"), operated by Synthetic Neural Institute SL ("Deanna", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Spain with Tax ID (CIF) B88289566, located at Avenida Marsil, 53, 28290 Las Rozas de Madrid, Madrid, Spain. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Deanna lets you create MiniStores, save clippings, and manage product catalogues, and offers optional integrations including Telegram, a Chrome Extension, and WordPress. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Upload or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service without our consent

6. Third-Party Integrations

Optional integrations (Telegram, Chrome Extension, WordPress, and others) are provided for your convenience and are subject to the terms of the respective third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is the property of Synthetic Neural Institute SL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synthetic Neural Institute SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules that may apply in your favor.
